DAY 01 Arrival at Port Blair
Arrive at Port Blair and you will be taken to your hotel where you relax and rest and after lunch ( on your own) in the evening you will be taken to Cellular Jail(closed on Mondays) a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people to view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show. Evening is free for leisure activities.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Munnar
After morning breakfast proceed for sightseeing trip of Munnar visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, the Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town, the town market etc. Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another, Overnight stay at Munnar.
DAY 02 Port Blair: Two Island Tour
Morning proceed to Thekkady. By noon at Thekkady. Then proceed to Periyar lake around which the sanctuary is built, for boating (cost extra). This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing the wild life at close quarters from the safety of a boat. There you can see Tigers, Elephants, Deer, etc. Visit Spice Plantation where you can shop exotic spices, Malluperiyar Dam. Stay in Thekkady.
Day 04 | Thekkady – Alleppey Houseboat
On arrival Cochin Airport/ railway station meet our representative and get transferred to Munnar. Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams – Muthirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala, and perched about 1600 m above sea level, the hill station of Munnar once used to be the summer resort of the erstwhile British administration in south India. This hill station is marked by vast expanses of tea plantations, colonial bungalows, rivulets, waterfalls and cool weather. It is also an ideal destination for trekking and mountain biking. On arrival, check in at hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around tea estate. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 05| Alleppey - Cochin
Morning enjoy the breakfast drive Cochin. Check into the Hotel. Take rest then visit Cochin Sightseeing. Fort Cochin Beach, Mattancherry Palace,
Jewish Synagogue, Chinese Fishing Nets, St.Francis Church, Gunda and Willingdon Island, Parishath Thampuran Museum, Dutch Palace, Bolghaty
Palace, Kerala History Museum, Hill Palace Museum, Marain Drive, Marine Walk Way, Tripunitura Hill Palace, Santa Clause Basilica, Navy Museum, Cochin Antique Shops. Overnight in Cochin.
Day 6: Kovalam - Cochin
Morning enjoy in your buffet breakfast and get transfer to Cochin / airport/railway station for your onward journey.
